Later, I began working with our insurance replacement division assisting individuals who had lost a precious piece of jewelry, guiding them through the emotional loss as well as the monetary loss to replace their beloved jewel. This is when I realized that jewelry is part of who we are: we become known for pieces we wear, we gift and receive jewelry to commemorate milestones, and pass heirlooms down through generations. Fine jewelry really does carry a lot of value.

After working in the wholesale and retail fine jewelry industry, as well as developing a jewelry replacement service for one of the largest fine jewelry businesses in the US, I reopened my own business – Rejewel Inc. – in 2020. I’ve helped many create one-of-a-kind pieces, breathe new life into family heirlooms, and revamp well-loved pieces.
